 \n\nOwing to the long processing times\, the request for an invoice must b
 e received before Friday 31 October 2025 (midday).\n\nDelegates may reque
 st a pro forma invoice for their institution or company to pay their fees 
 for the 2025 National Conference. \n\nPlease note\, your institute must b
 e registered with the CSIR for us to issue your institute an invoice.\n\nO
 nly complete this form to request a pro forma invoice if your institution 
 or company can only pay your conference fees through a purchase order proc
 ess.\n\nThis is also the only way to make a single payment for a group of 
 delegates from the same institution.\n\n\nImportant: All delegates in your
  group must register first before requesting an invoice.\n\nFor any invoic
 e related queries contact: \n\nvmfidi@csir.co.za with subject as "confere
 nce invoice"\n\nPlease note: If payment does not reflect in the CSIR accou
 nt before 28 November 2025 midday\, delegates will not be given access t
 o the conference. An invoice does not allow you access to the conference.\
