Request invoice for 2025 Conference fees

Delegates may request a pro forma invoice for their institution or company to pay their fees for the 2025 National Conference. 

Please note, your institute must be registered with the CSIR for us to issue your institute an invoice.

Only complete this form to request a pro forma invoice if your institution or company can only pay your conference fees through a purchase order process.

This is also the only way to make a single payment for a group of delegates from the same institution.

Important: All delegates in your group must register first before requesting an invoice.
