Prof Mahmoud Soliman (http://soliman.ukzn.ac.za/) will provide a presentation that highlights the various research scopes and outcomes of research that have been conducted in his research group at UKZN over the last 8 years with more emphasis on important topics related to drug design such as the “irony of chirality”; “Does size matter in drugs?”; “simulation of covalent drug inhibition – a technical gap in literature finally covered” and other topics will also be discussed.
