Conference Fees
Conference fees for attending the conference in-person at the Century City Conference Centre, Cape Town, are as follows:
Early-Bird Fees until 31 October 2025:

Payment Options
Once registered your status will change to "Awaiting Payment". There are two options for making payment:
PayFast
You may pay for your registration fee using the PayFast platform where you can use Credit or Debit cards and other immediate payment options up to 27 November 2025. If you have registered online but not paid yet, you may pay at the conference as we will have a card machine at the check-in desk.
Invoicing Option for Registered Institutions
Institutions registered with National Treasury and the CSIR can request an invoice for a single delegate or a group of delegates from their institution.
Owing to the long processing times, the request for an invoice must be received before 20 October 2025.
On-site Registrations
Late registrations can be processed at the conference venue from 30 November to 3 December 2025 at full-price. Payment is still done via Payfast.
These fees include attendance of the evening functions.
Note: There is no per day fee and no discount or refund will be available for late payment of on-site fees or partial attendance of conference.
