Please make sure invoice payments for registration fees are paid by the 28 November 2025, otherwise you will be denied access to the conference. An invoice, PO, or proof of payment does not give you access to the conference.

Conference Fees
Conference fees for attending the conference in-person at the Century City Conference Centre, Cape Town, are as follows:
Early-Bird Fees until 31 October 2025:
These fees include attendance of the evening functions.
Full Fees from 1 November 2025:

Payment Options
Once registered your status will change to "Awaiting Payment". There are three options for making payment:
PayFast
You may pay for your registration fee using the PayFast platform where you can use Credit or Debit cards and other immediate payment options. The PayFast option is shown when you click on "Checkout" at the bottom of your registration profile. See the link below to see the process: payfast_payment

Invoicing Option for Registered Institutions
Institutions registered with National Treasury and the CSIR can request an invoice for a single delegate or a group of delegates from their institution.
Owing to the long processing times, the request for an invoice must be received before Friday 31 October 2025 (midday).

All conference fees must be paid in full before the start of the event to confirm registration. If payment does not reflect in the CSIR account delegates will not be given access to the conference. Please note that an invoice, purchase order, or proof of payment does not guarantee entry.

On-site registration may be possible if our capacity has not been reached.

There is no per day fee and no discount or refund will be available for late payment of on-site fees or partial attendance of conference.

Registration categories must be selected accurately.

Employees earning a salary are not eligible for the Student/Postdoctoral category, regardless of their enrollment in any form of studies.

Cancellations can only be made before the 24 November 2025. Thereafter the conference fees are non-refundable.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the programme or event details without prior notice.
