Presenter Biography

I was born in the Eastern Cape and attended Stutterheim High School and later Sterling High School in East London. My undergraduate degree was completed at the University of the Free State in behavioral genetics. I completed my honors degree in behavioral genetics in 2016 I completed an NRF internship in 2017 at the Next-generation-sequencing unit at the medical faculty of the University of the Free State. In 2018 , I am completing my MSc in Bioinformatics at Rhodes University. This degree is a one year course which includes coursework as well as a written thesis.
