This form is for students who wish to attend the conference.
Note: This form is NOT for the undergrad student competitions. If you are competing in the Student Cluster Competition, the Cyber Security Challenge, or the DIRISA Student Datathon Challenge then register at the site provided by the competition organisers.
This form is for current full-time students only. You must use your university provided student email address (ending in .ac.za, or .edu, etc.). Only once your university registration has been confirmed will the registration form be processed. You will then be directed to pay the conference fees. Students whose poster abstract is accepted for presentation at this year's conference can apply for the conference fees to be waived.
NOTE: Only students registered at a South African university for 2024 are eligible for support.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY STUDENTS REGISTERING AFTER THE ABSTRACT DEADLINE (1 September 2024) WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR TRAVEL OR ACCOMMODATION SPONSORSHIP.
The CHPC National Conference relies on its sponsors to support a significant portion of the activities. This includes the travel and accommodation costs of invited speakers, especially international experts. In addition, we are able to support over 150 local students to attend the conference and participate in the student competitions. In exchange, our sponsors request the attendance list so that they can judge the value of sponsorship as marketing and outreach to the high end computing community of South Africa.

Some personal information that we collect will be made available to our sponsors: Your name, your institution, and job title (position).
